Q1. What is the assurance of the colors/plating used in the jewellery?

Polishing and plating are cost-effective solutions to give the jewellery a glamorous look. However, these are liable to wear and tear with time. To extend the life of the jewellery, we share the following care instructions:-

  • The jewellery is meant for occasional usage, 24×7 usage will only lessen the life of the jewellery.
  • Do not expose the jewellery to perfumes, deodorant, soap or other items containing chemicals. These can misuse the plating of the jewellery.
  • The jewellery needs to be kept away from moisture. Sometimes water has a very high content of fluoride in it and that can harm the jewellery. Do not wear the jewellery while swimming, as chlorine will harm the plating.
  • After usage, wipe with a clean, dry cloth to remove the dirt, moisture, and sweat from the jewellery.
  • Kindly keep the jewellery wrapped in cotton and in velvet bags and boxes, which have no smell at all.
  • Store these products flat. Do not hang. We would also be sending a care instructions card with the shipment, which you can keep ready for reference with your jewellery.

Q2. Does this jewellery have any reaction on the skin?

No, the products sold by Gems In Jewels are skin-friendly and accordingly do not cause reaction on the skin.

Q3. How to apply coupons?

You can apply the given coupon by clicking on the “Apply coupon” option available on the right side of the products while viewing your cart.

Q4. Why is COD not available in my area?

We deal with almost all of the overseeing courier assistance providers in India. Unfortunately, there is a small set of PIN codes which are not subsidized by COD deliveries. 

Q5. I want to change my delivery address, but how?

Follow these steps:

  • Click the down arrow next to the delivery address tab
  • Click Add New Address.
  • Enter your information including your address and phone number.
  • Click save.

Follow the steps given below-

•You can click the Cancel button to cancel the order.

Q8. What if I am not able to take the delivery on the day it is supposed to be delivered

If you are unable to take the delivery, Please call us and we will be pleased to adapt delivery on the following day.

In order to return the product you ordered, follow the steps given below-

  • Select the order to be returned
  • Select the return option
  • Click on submit

Q10. How can I exchange the product I ordered?

You can easily exchange your product by following these simple steps:-
  • Click on recent order
  • Select the order to be exchanged
  • Select the exchange option and select the required product
  • Click on submit

If your order was COD, we will credit the amount to your bank account. In case of online payment, we’ll credit the amount into the same account through which you have made the payment.
